Joanne joined the financial services industry in 1988 as a life and pensions administrator with Norwich Union. She has worked alongside Robert since 1998, pre-dating the founding of Chamberlain. She deals with compliance considerations, manages client data, handles client queries and administrative requirements including liaison, where necessary, with HMRC. Joanne is a Client Support Administrator.
